That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". Engine options for 2023 are also changing, with the 6.8L now becoming the base gas engine, the 7.3 Godzilla becoming the premium gas option, and the High Output 6.7 Power stroke, joining the existing 6.7 Powerstroke. Received 993 Likes on 763 Posts. 37's on my 2019 f-450. did a 2.5 lift. had rubbing on sway bar which was resolved by using helwig 7712 sway bar. how ever, I get rubbimg under certain conditions..hard dips, dip and turn, etc. waiting on some ubolts and will go to 3.5 in the front and 4 in the back.
