Starting in 2000, he took the position of the Education Coordinator within the PGA of Germany, being responsible for the education of PGA trainees. The PGA of Germany education has developed into one of the best training systems worldwide under his guidance. The Education reform of 2012, which has made the training system the most modern of Europe, was a result of his efforts. As Education Coordinator he resides as Chairman of the German PGA Coach-Team, which consists of 35 highly qualified Teaching Professionals. Martin Hasenbein also engages in training programs and work shops for Fully Qualified Golf Teachers.

From 2001 until 2011 Martin Hasenbein lead the GOLF TEAM GERMANY as Head Coach – a team of young aspiring professionals trying to make their living as playing professionals.Martin Hasenbein was the first PGA Teaching Professional who received the Teachers Award of the PGA of Germany for three consecutive years. He received these awards for his outstanding work during the years 2003, 2004 and 2005. In the year of 2004 he was recognized with the title of “5-Star Professional” of the PGAs of Europe. With that he is the youngest bearer of the highest title that any PGA professional can receive nationally as well as in Europe.
